The Optimise, Organise, Flourish Program is an online-based mentoring program focused on empowering high school and university students to thrive academically and personally. Our personalised and holistic approach combines one-on-one mentoring, digital resources, and a supportive community. By providing effective study strategies, time management skills, and resilience-building tools, we aim to unlock students' full potential and foster success in all aspects of their lives. Meet the Team
Taila is the passionate creator and founder of Arlette & Co. As a recent University graduate, she understands the pressures and demands that students face in today's fast-paced academic environment firsthand. Recognising the need for comprehensive, holistic support for High School and University students, Taila created Arlette & Co with a commitment to providing a supportive and nurturing environment where students can thrive academically while prioritising their personal growth and well-being.
Armed with an understanding of positive psychology, Taila saw the potential in combining academic support with practices that foster well-being, balance and organisation. This inspired her to create a program that addresses the comprehensive needs of students, offering personalised mentoring, resources, and strategies to help them thrive academically, personally, and beyond.
Taila is dedicated to sharing invaluable tools and techniques to help students cultivate a positive mindset, boost self-confidence, practice mindfulness, cope with challenges, and nurture self-care.
